Our client, a Global Data Service Company initiated the process of obtaining the P.R.C. Classified Cybersecurity Protection Scheme (CCPS) certification in order to fulfill mandatory obligations under the P.R.C. Cyber Security Law (CSL). The goal was to achieve certification for their self-developed platform, which fell under the classification of a Level 3 System according to P.R.C. CCPS standards.
